Office Status
Our offices in Sydney will be closed due to legislative measures and for the health and safety of our colleagues there. The team is working remotely and are fully operational. Our remote working capabilities ensure that our teams continue to perform as normal.
Remote Service Delivery
Our business is in a position where we can work in and outside our business. We routinely have our staff work from client’s sites or their home or even travelling around the country. As you have seen, our Remote Service delivery has never been affected by where we work. We will be initiating daily virtual meetings to replace the ones we would normally have in the office so that our staff are always on the ball. We are experiencing above the normal daily requests and are currently fulfilling these with our usual speedy response times.
Service Team Onsite Work
We are still providing Onsite Support services for work that we cannot do remotely. We will, however, be working with you to ensure that a healthy and safe environment will be available for our staff on site. Again, we do not expect that this will affect our performance or response times, we’re just making sure that everybody’s staff are safe.

Your Remote Requirements
Should you or your staff require any assistance moving to a remote working environment please let us know ASAP. We have been moving several customers key staff to work from home and we can facilitate this in the most secure option available for you. In this time of uncertainty, we are here to look after you, your staff and your business.
